When does Autumn cross over into Winter? Is there a definitive date? Or is it more of a merge where the orange and golden leaves have mostly fallen and frost begins to creep into our mornings.
Sat here looking up at the grey sky with a cup of tea and a Mr Kipling’s Festive Bakewell, I feel like Winter may be upon us. Or perhaps I should say ‘Winter is coming’. So now for a look-back on Autumn through the eyes of some lovely folk I follow on Instagram who create, inspire and capture beauty wherever they wander.

I love reading the Fresh Exchange blog and following the lives of creatives Megan and Mark Gilger over in the states. I get the impression that Megan loves Autumn (or ‘Fall’) just as much as I do. the couple’s instagram encapsulates meals in community, baking, creating, walking and appreciating the season of life that they’re in!

Jeska Hearne is one of my favourite bloggers (and photographers). With a beautiful home full of unique items beautifully combined and captured on instagram, I love looking through Jeska’s feed of oranges, browns and greens. I love her sense of bringing the outside in, even in the colder months.

Finally just to end, here’s what my autumn has looked like over on instagram. From pumpkin picking at Pickwells farm, capturing the turning leaves up high in the trees, hot drinks and new adventures. There’s a lot of autumnal oranges and golden glows in the mix!
