A couple of weeks ago we were staying in a quaint manor house in the village of Monkton Combe with family to celebrate the onset of summer, a diamond wedding anniversary and a birthday. What better way to celebrate special occasions than with cocktails?! We headed into Bath, enjoying the shops, sights and Roman Baths stopping off for drinks along the way at Frampton’s Cafe, Bar and Kitchen.
With decor consisting of impressive floral displays, bold and bright artwork on the walls, old books and an impressive bar, Frampton’s had a lovely warm and relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a drink or two.
We sat in the bar area admiring the display of bottles lining the shelves and perused the extensive cocktail list that left us feeling spoilt for choice. Selecting from the cocktail menu, we enjoyed a toast together as grandchildren of the Heslop family before heading out to further explore Bath’s lovely selection of shops and sights.

I’d love to visit the Frampton’s closer to home in the New Forest to see what tasty treats and delicious drinks they serve up!
