October has been a beautiful month, full of colour and vibrancy from the autumn leaves and jam-packed with lots of fun things. Here’s what I’ve been up to this past month…
Settling back into life in England. After 4 months of travelling, we came home on October 1st and moved into our new home. Travelling was so much fun which made it super hard adjusting back into the swing of things in England, but we’ve really enjoyed seeing family and friends and making our new house a home.
Updating my Autumnal wardrobe. Oranges, reds, dusky pinks and browns; knee boots, shimmery plum nail varnish, berry red lipsticks, capes and scarves… Autumn is truly here!
Loving the English autumn. Colourful leaves, walks through the trees, cosy blankets, fancy candles, dark nights, gas fires, cups of tea… They’re all SO good!
Feeling excited for Christmas! Too soon? It’s never too soon!

Watching a whole load of things snuggled up on the sofa including; catching up on all of the Great British Bake Off, the new series’ of Scandal and Grey’s Anatomy and, no judgement.. The Apprentice.
Celebrating (although somewhat belated) my Dad’s 60th birthday and my parents’ 25th wedding anniversary. Congratulations to the loveliest pair!
Eating tapas (amongst other things) at ‘The Lounges’ bars and restaurants which are dotted about across the country. I also loved my first experience of ‘Yo Sushi’!
Escaping back to my roots. This last weekend in October we’ve been fortunate enough to pay my parents a visit in their new home. I loved seeing the Peak District rolling hills in all their glory and catching up with old faces and favourite places.
October, it’s been brilliant!
